A typical order should be delivered within 3 – 6 business days upon payment of the order.
Once you have placed an order, you may receive a series of status messages:
- Awaiting Payment - We have received your order details and are awaiting payment via Bank Deposit
- Payment Received - We have received your payment (usually updated within 24 hours)
- Order Shipped - Your order has been shipped and will arrive in 2 - 3 days.
We currently ship only within the Philippines. In addition, your shipping location must also be covered by local domestic courier services such as LBC.
We currently do not allow in-store pick up of items purchased online. All orders made with the Melissa Philippines Online Store will be shipped to your specified shipping address.
Shipping outside the Philippines is currently not available.
Yes. You may use credit cards that have not been issued from the Philippines to pay for your order. However, the shipping address must always be a Philippine address.
